Cannabis sector.

Why is that, most stocks are up in big way for weeks now......exept MediPharm.

It's simple, while most cannabis stocks posted QoQ increases lately, LABS has posted QoQ abysmal decreases. Q3 was a YoY 80%+ decrease. I don't understand people who expect this to rise 3-5x (what most cannabis stocks did lately) without any numbers to back it. You look at this objectively from a new investor point of view and currently compare the results of the past year with other mj ...more

Also, Valens just had a kitchen sink write-off quarter so maybe people expect Medipharm is next. However, Medipharm has had some big write-offs already so who knows.

Well the past few weeks did show that LABS did increase substantially (without the sector at times) from it's 2020 lows. Sure it's come off that a bit, but holding not too bad.

IMO, it is outstanding for LABS to hold and consolidate near .80 level. Spiking from .80 vs .60 is a qhole other level. Don't forget, underwriter has 18.4M reasons (max 10% ownership of 184 M outstanding shares) to keep this under a buck and rake in his 10% extra payment. At this kind of volume he can easily sell to keep this low. And selling at this level gives him 80% profit over his .44 ...more
