board, suddenly you see new names coming out of the wood work doing a soft or hard bash on the stock.    I've got enough years under my belt to know that's caused by emotional worry things aren't going their way and most of the time it's people taking the wrong position late in the growth cycle.  

I'm not worried at all, I just enjoy coming to the board to kill some time on my hands and use it as an indicator itself. 

And I do remember Pidduck saying 2 things, one of them was sharing information on developments in Brazil as they become available and LABS targeting Q1, 2024 for profitability.  

When you have over 1.5 million shares you DON'T forget comments like that.

Oh lemo has been writing everything bad on f.Yahoo for years. Every development just everything... he takes small topics and makes them big. With pharmaceutical development always tried to keep it small and depress the mood. Nobody who has no interest would invest so much time...

I have over 1.5e6 shares as well and yet don't believe that Pidduck ever said anything about 'late stage' products in the drug pipeline and can also substantiate that with NR proof.  While I agree that Pidduck stated profitability expectations early in 2024, they have since walked that back per what Lemoyne mentions.  So no, they will not be profitable in Q1 as they stated

Lemon, go back to yahoo I can feel your bad energy through my device, the pharma angle and avenues are common knowledge, lab sold its first api back in 2021, as per the investors deck labs is involved in three FDA drug approval processes.. you've been spewing garbage for years on yahoo and I understand your distain in context of you presumably paying dollars for most your shares considering

That's what I'm saying though, the pharma angle is obviously why most of us are here. Except you guys blow it out of proportion . Pharma is a very slow process and no LABS clinical trials are phase 3. The only short /mid term pharma angle is LABs Brazilian partner going the 'me too' drug path in Brazil. All USA projects are a long way out. I guess it hurts your feelings to hear

When speaking to patent challenges like with the ANDA epidiolex generic, yes it could be dragged out...however we also have clients who've applied for an NDA, and 505b2, it appears some can't grasp the concept of API supply and the fact LABS isn't involved in most clinical trials, instead LABS involvement lies with the API supply for commercialization once approved...Someone here

I never claimed that LABS was not working with a firm or firms that are themselves working on NDA or 505B2 submissions.  What I claim is that those firms can be working on the efforts without making submissions and thus LABS can claim they are working with companies that themselves are supporting those efforts. Marketing isn't a tough concept but it is clearly lost on some.  LABS

Read my post again, try and understand the nuance and then maybe talk about 'illegal' activities.  They can claim a good many things while saying nothing at all.  They have never made false claims and I never suggested they did.

It is apparent you don't understand the difference between truth and fact, nor understand marketing. I can accept that you believe the slide and it's clear you believe the information as true, but that information presented need not be factual for you to believe it.  Interpretation is truth not fact. I say again....read (and re-read) my last response and try to make sense of it.  What you believe I am claiming is not what I am claiming. Beyond that, if a partner submitted a NDA or 505b2, pretty sure we'd know about it more than a slide....see ANDA submission for precedent.
