Why is sp dropping? Given the pending acquisition @ 50cents a share, why has the share price dropped? My initial purchase was @ 31cents and i bought more @42 cents thinking I was buying at a discount. Currently, there is almost a 20% discount! Are people worried the deal won't go through or is this just the current general negative stock market sentiment?
