RE:RE:RE:NEWS: Consolidation for LACWhy consolidate given it in no way changes the underlying fundamentals of the company?  They state it is to allow them to duel list on the NYSE as well as the TSX.  The NYSE requires a minimum $4 share price.  I suppose it also takes it out of being a penny stock, thus making it available to more hedge fund investors.  Might it also suggest they are still confident the construction is advancing such that the timing of production is on tract or even early?  So far the market isn't too sure how to react to it (s/p is down 5-6%).  I think in the short term it shouldn't really change anything,but longer term is positions the company to be a bigger player.  Just my thoughts.
