You are certainly right Moe, but there is no indication of the cause.  Someone or many must have information that we don,t have.  I hope this is the squall before a major informatin storm.  Along with a favorable court order, perhaps coupled with more specific planning or financing for Thacker Pass.  Does anyone have any real information?  Regards.

If LAC gets the green light tomorrow from the judge and they can give us some indication of a partner for Thacker Pass this stock will move past $30/share CDN in no time. Even completion of the rest of the permits they are waiting on could push it past $30   ;-)

A quick price reversal in the last 15 minutes to the positive in a big way suggests good outcomes at the legal level for Thacker Pass..?? JMHO.. ;-)

Looks like its the old "buy the rumour, sell the news" kind of day today.. this news should put a floor for the price hopefully.. next is the water permit and partnership agreements and we'll be off to the races.. IMHO  ;-)

Kind of suspect if you ask me.. a report comes out about price weakness and bam down she goes.. Yes exactly tiger.. and now we see some of todays reversal coming into play already this AM.. would love for SEC to look into the action yesterday after these press releases were made.. although it was a good opportumity for those wanting to get in at a lower price point.. ;-)

Looks like Sept. has been a day traders delight.. although I'm not day trading I'm playing the swings.. last move this month.. sold at $28.51.. reloaded at $25.99.. ;-)

Looks like the market is waking up to the fact that LAC will be a cash machine starting next year... back of the envelope calculations on the 49% ownership of Cauchari with the first phase (40K t/anum) in full production at $13G/ton brings into the coffers ~ $260 million FF.  Now consider they have already planned an expansion to 60 K t/anum that could generate ~$400 million/yr. in revenue

Oh yeah, and then top if off with a partner and clearance of all permits on Thacker Pass and you can double those numbers in a few years..! 2025 is looking real good in my opinion..!!

A couple of factors I think.. ALB  hit a new 52 week high today.. LAC is the closest to production of the new comers and has a lot of torque due to the pending closing of the Thacker Pass project.. IMHO.. now if they mention a partner for T.P. or the water permit completion, its off to the races IMHO..

Also noticed Arena is moving up large today.. maybe as LAC has a position in them that's helping the stock price move up today as well..??

Been a whipsaw month so far.. I managed to strip a bit of profit off lately and buy my traders back, that are back in the green today.. thinking of going long on all holdings again..?? ;-)
