To put this into Cdn $ using an exchange rate of $1.341 the first tranche looks like $28.617 price.
The second tranche of $329.8 million wwill have a maximum price of $27.74 or C$37.20.
I don't have at my fingertips just how much Thgacker Pass is going to cost to build, but these stock placements have gotta fill the major part of any hole in the company's financing plans. With the expected US government supplied debt financing, it's probably a fair assumption that this company is as close to fully-financed as you're likely to see.

Don't forget they will begin production at Cauchari shortly.. that will generate hundreds of millions of dollars annually to the coffers..!! ;-)
