What's next for Lassonde?

Next acquisition for growth? They have a dominate position in juice.  They have an equity position in  Diamond Estates wine. Are there any significant synergies with juice and wine?  Opportunity to buy a major wine maker in the future?  What are some options out there domestically?

ADW may be a bit big to swallow, but if you are serious to get into wine which in seems like they are, now would be the time to do it. Instantly become #2 player in the domestic market. Buy when there is wine in the streets, even if it is your own. ADW had a market Cap of $800 CAD+ before COVID and today it is Find some synergies, remove ADW dividend, tax benefits?, sell some non core assets ...more
