RE:RE:RE:TimingLB has given a closing to accept bids as the end of August.....so any potential bidders are in no hurry as they take their time to evaluate the assets and if it fits into their strategy....but the longer it goes on the lower the price will go...drift based on technicals.....the risks here are no bids or a low bid....now they should get at least 1 bid but its gonna be low because there is no competition....so the bid could be the technical high or about $45 and at that price the BOD will advise shareholder to not accept that low bid and then its back to business as ususal and the price of the stock could go back to the $32 ish....
