I know how to go long a stock or how to short a stock.
You can buy stocks, you can sell stocks or you can short 'sell' them...
You can put on a convertible hedge, or by a put option, or a bear spread...
There are many ways to trade in expectation of a downward movement in price.

But I dont know how to  "short it out"....specifically, the short "IT OUT" part, thats what I'm not understanding.

Maybe its your diction that im not understanding?
