Latest Shuffle In the Executive Ranks

Reminds me of re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. No new blood, promote and extend the mandates of exisiting people. Does not bode well for a successful turnaround. LB has tried this MANY MANY times in the past. North, you should be happy you bailed when you did.

deck chairs on the titanic?  This ship isn't sinking.   It's inefficient, its parochial but its also really cheap and a turnaround story.
