Trading under NAV and only 3-5% now from hitting $5 and dividend treshold.
If you were to get LCS at 4.20 , the yield would be 21%, once it gets firmly above 15$..
However the yields on others LIKE FFN for instance are much higher and so they are getting a huge pop today.
LCS still not quite at the 15$ threshhold here, and i expect some profittaking end of day, and tomorrow.
Things are not all THAT bullish out there yet.
