It's a bounce that was overdue in my opinion. LBS has been trading a slight discount to NAV for several weeks. Todays action just brought the Class A price to a couple of cents on either side of the current NAV. That said, don't forget that Ex-Dividend Date is the 29th so expect the price to drop some for a few days on and after, but should rise again towards the $9 mark assuming flat
