My guess about the discount to nav.....discount disappears for a short time, and returns within a month.

The mkt itself will ensure the proper discount, both before and after redemption date. Wouldnt you as an investor buy a stock if you were guaranteed a good return in a few days?

LCS unit nav to Feb 29 = approx: $16.94 after dist.
The UNIT NAV had lost about 15 cents during the week, even with collected divvies from the lifecos. After paying 7.5 cents to commons the UNIT NAV dropped below $17 to make the commons value $6.94
