The Funds investment objectives are to provide holders of Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative, preferential quarterly cash distributions in the amount of 0.15625 per share and to return the original issue price of 10.00 per Preferred share to Preferred shareholders at maturity; and to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distributions, targeted to be 0.075 per share, and the opportunity for growth in Net Asset Value per share. 1 share would mean that the commission on the trade would be close to or more than the value of the trade depending on whether you are an active trader or not.  That would make no sense. Somebody would have to be a special type of idiot to do such a trade...lol.
