Brompton has not declared distributions yet, but ex-div date should be between the 27th and 30th, Pay date should be around Feb 14

LCS will pay to preferreds  in mid FEBruary.

Yes, the cash payment will be mid-Feb. But if we're looking at the NAV available to common shares, it should be the NAV of the shares, less the dividend payable to the preferreds (which have an ex-divy date of next week). No? So, the current NAV which is something like $16.91 as I write this, would be: $10.00 Preferred Shares + approx $0.15 pro-rated Preferred Divs. Leaving $6.76 for the ...more

Probably too detailed for this crew? Regardless, the discount is still a discount, and I love this common split and am loaded up. That Toppicks1 who was on here a few days ago is a chump and is trying to trade this based on technicals like a normal stock? So dumb. If you wanna trade IAG based on technicals, then fine - but that doesn't really work with a split share of a group of stocks.

But you also have to take into account the dividends that will be received.
