Folks... Why is LEAF only 3.7% up on such a big news. Shouldnt this be around 28$+ a share..?

i think you're seeing some concerns on the ACB side with respect to dilution and this deal not being voted through.

Speaking of voting Mining_Dude....if we take out the 56% held by mgmt/directors and voting for the merger....what is left, needs 66.67% to vote for and out of that it is a simple majority. Roughly ~15M shares are on the line for this $3.2B merger to proceed. Good trading and GLTA. *****I am using 102M S/O to calc.

Review what just happened to Cannimed holders.  They were promised $12.86 per share and the stock trades less than $8 a share today. ACB value has been called "monopoly money" by the Cannimed CEO.  He negociated a cash component and ran. With ACB+LEAF, it's an "all share" so you aren't getting $28, you're getting $28 worth of ACB monopoly money.  ...more
