The deal is going through. ACB will be $9 and LEAF will need to be around $32. Its currently trading around a 9% discount. That's a great return for a few weeks

Maybe a dumb question, but if acb drops in price to say 7 dollars will leafs buyout price drop also, or has the sale price already been set.

The “price” set for acquiring leaf is 3.575 shares of acb, for every share of leaf, regardless of the share price associated to either company at any given time. If acb goes to $0.01 per share, and leaf goes to $75 per share (or vice versa)...it’s still 3.575 shares for every share. There’s no dollar figure, just a share ratio have fun, handy

ACB current share price is $ 9.12 therefore at 3.575 Leaf can reach $ 32.60 So if Leaf gets higher than $32.60 than you will $ and best t sell given that scenario. One is too look at ACB share price and calculate as above and providing LEAF is still lower after the math, you are still good. If it was $ 75 obviously you would sell.
