Valuation

Leaf trading at 5% discount now to ACB takeover offer .. this is narrowing from 10-15% weeks agao  .. The only question is does ACB drop 5+% when deal closes because of the over hang of all the stock ? Im thinking $31 is peak for now Thoughts ?

Ya still 5% cheaper, I see it being just over $30 at the conversion time, putting ACB around $8.40ish
