I am still a beleiver in the fundamentals and this stock is trading well below book value.  The momentum traders are riding it down and hopefully when it turns will ride it back up.

One question I have is regarding the discounted price the Canadian producers are receiving for their crude.

I hear it is $10-15 per barrel due to a transporting problem? If their is insufficient piping to carry the product to market then does that mean some oil is not getting moved? If it is all getting moved then there must be adequate transporting capability?

Please help me understand this better.
