RE: RE: RE: Flood Report - Souris River Actually my son and brother and a couple of nephews work in the oil around here and they are going full steam and if I stretch my neck out the 3rd floor of my house I can actually see a rig south of town. They just had big meetings in Weyburn for flood prep and they have stated they expect no flood this year. If you live near Regina then expect flooding. All I know is if the temp stays low we will be ok but if she is a quick melt then we will be in trouble and then you will have a point. I hope it is a slow melt and Legacy will be spared. In the flood you talk about it was a one in 500 year flood they say and I am holding them to it. At that time in 2011 Legacy needed boats to get to their rigs. It was a mess.
