RE:Does anyone think a takeover is possible for LEG?

RE:Does anyone think a takeover is possible for LEG?Not only do I think it is possible I think it is probable.  Management continues to miss the concept of adding investor value.  Against its peers  management continues to flounder.  Many on the this board talk about LEG being a growth stock.  Well, check out how much growth LEG has had in the past 2 years with regards to the SP.  Not very good.

The market embraces companies and management that has and does add shareholder value.  LEG has been penalized by the market for not keeping up to its peers.  There is something about the LEG model that the market doesn't like.  They don't like their current debt ratio and they don't like that they don't have a dividend.

Management needs to get with the program or get out of the way and seek strategic options in order to unlock the real potential of the company.  Right now the only ones doing well financially are the fat cats who are receiving over paid salaries and ridiculous stock options and incentives.  When do investors get paid?
