Today's not as bad as it looks but it is still bad

Today's not as bad as it looks but it is still bad There does not seem to be an end to the downtrend in the near future.  I'm waiting for $5.50 to start buying back in.  From what I can see,

The Pro's,

1. Way below book value and way below peers 3X price/cashflow!!!!!! come on this is crazy!
2. Technicals are way way oversold on a short term basis.
3.  Buyers are starting to step in here.

Cons,

1.  Selling (Institutional and Short selling) still has not run its course.  You can see by the bid/ask the selling still outweighs buying.
2.  3rd highest short interest in the TSX.
3.  No Dividend.
4.  Company growing debt to keep up the promised growth.
5.  Although this last one is up for debate, the insiders cashed in options for an early Xmas bonus at $6.65 which tells you they think its a good price to sell at.  I know they hold thousands of shares but in the short term it does not instill much confidence to sell after a mediocre quarter is released.

Thats the way I see it.  Still a decent company though, just want to buy it lower than mid $6's
