Open Letter to Trent and the Board o LEG

Open Letter to Trent and the Board o LEG At the end of the day it is your responsibility to add shareholder value.  You have failed miserably at this.  The only time LEG reached its 52 week high was just before you did the first aquisition.  What a coincidence I would suggest.

The market continues to vote with its dollars and it surely hasn't included LEG.  In 2013 investors said this "Growth" company will see it get closer to its NAV in 2014. In 2014 investors are saying, no wait, 2015 is the year.

Trent, you've brought down the debt ratio which was always the reason stated why LEG didn't perform as well as its peers.  Production has increased, the balance sheet has gotten stronger and yet LEG falls further  and further behind its peers.

Another seemingly coincidence is that whenever you hit the road with your story, or tell the story on BNN the SP drops.  Your time and the boards time would be better spent seeking out strategic options in order to unleash the true value to its shareholders.  Enough is enough.  If Trent or the board can't right the ship in order to provide shareholder value it is time for a sea change of management and several board members.  Move aside and let a business person run the company.  As I stated above, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
