I know about the market

I know about the marketUps and downs and so on I have been investing for many years now, however, there is real logic in your open letter.  The most impotant fact here is that management has created no wealth for investors in many years.  It is imperative that investors be compensated for the risks they take.  Management is compensated in wages, options etc.  Shareholders need capital gains and divy's.  Legact looks like it is turning a corner, however, you are right the market is always told that Legacy is next years story.  Next year comes and then they are told it is next years story and so on.  It is time for mangemnt to unlock some value now!  Joint venture, spin out a royalty co.  pay a divy, sell the company do something to make investors money cheers Matthew
