As I have stated before, when the whole sector is dirt cheap, why hold garbage, take the tax loss and trade it for quality. When the price turns which stocks do you suppose are going to jump? It won't be ones like LEG, they will be one of the last to regain their previous value, stocks like WCP, TOG, SPE, BNE, CNQ, etc..(quality) will gain value for more quickly as buyers rush back in...LEG will languish. Deep value? Ask why is it so cheap? It's not because it's a great company, has low debt, great revenues, or great management. It's because it's mediocre to poor in all respects.
