The key Mr.Owl et al, is to see where things are going to be not where they are or where they were. For example sgy vs. leg was surge a good buy yes, even I bought under $3, admittedly I sold too soon, however, that is also in the past. The question is what is Legacy worth tomorrow, the day after that and so on. Ask yourself is the Dow over valued, fair valued, or under valued at over 16000, is the TSX over valued, under valued or fair value at 13400. In my opinion compared to there peers Legacy is undervalued at $6.19 just my opinion. After all it is a market of stocks and not a stock market, in my opinion again cheers Matthew
