Deadline to obtain lead plaintiff

Perhaps look at the Rosen press release again, June 10th is the deadline to obtain a lead plaintiff. Do you know what happens if there is no lead plaintiff ...

"If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than June 10, 2024. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation." One can register for the class action at any time if the case goes forward with a lead plaintiff. There are also shareholders that would be included by default meeting class action criteria.
