NEWS:VG Gold and Lexam Explo. to Combi

NEWS:VG Gold and Lexam Explo. to Combifrom what I gather Lexam has decided not to pursue the Baca project due to the legal/environmental hurdles as they would rather sell the property to an environmental group - below is from the lastest quarterly report

"The Company previously extended an offer to sell its mineral interests underlying the Baca National Wildlife Refuge and surrounding areas for cash consideration of approximately US$8,400,000. The purchase price offered by the Company represented a settlement proposal to resolve pending litigation and did not represent management's valuation of the Company's mineral interest on the Baca property. This offer was not accepted by June 11, 2010, which was the deadline for a response"
