So my estimate was very close within a penny.  SO after the pullback late inthe day, thevalue of the common shares ( before dist.) would be  $5.25. Last sale at $4.92 leaves the discount @ 33 cents or about 6%.

Thanks for the update.  It is the most discounted among the splits at present and Yields 24%. Just have to wait one more week to go x-dividend.
