RE: RE: RE: RE: Please

Hey everybody let's please try and be civil. This is schoolyard stuff .I understand that emotions are high and rightfully so, the events of the last few months have left a bad taste in my mouth as well. Let's not be so naive as to expect the Banks not  to ask for their pound of flesh...after all they are financing the deal and without them we'd be nowhere. However i am encouraged by the fact that during thesefinancially unsettled times MB has been able to arrange financing to get this thing off the ground. I do know that greed is the prime motivating factor for those in the business of making money so....there is obviously a highly lucrative project here and the expansion of the reserve upcoming shortly ( I hope! ) should let us all rest a little easier.  I've stated before that i think the properties have much more value than we know at present. Time will tell! we live in interesting times and as we move forward hopefully our decision to invest here will have been a prudent one. I think yes but again time will tell the story.

respectfully,

Melvin Giganticus
