Large institutional investors are unlikely to act as soon as they become aware of a company. They go through a lot of due diligence not only on a company but also have to make a determination if a particular company fits their investing stratedgy and they may will need approvals also.
They may put the company on a watch list for a while. They may also have certain timing criteria as to when they will acquire shares in a firm.
Promotion may take a while to bear fruit and even when an investor starts taking up Largo share you still may not know if it was the result or your promotion efforts.
