RE:AquisitioonNah. This is peanuts and, from a high level, the financing with upside warrants is smart. It will help with multiples as battery storage market is a growth investment. Early days. But, ESG funds will flow this way as a result and the share appreciation will more than reward this tiny, but smart manouver.
