Why do we have so many these below par companies in Canada? The things that you and I are expecting is very basic. By being evasive, they are pretending to be the owners of the company without being accountable to the owners of the company, who are the shareholders. We will not micromanage them. By not allowing the shareholders to ask followup questions in AGM, they declared themselves to be the owners of the company, who do not need to give account to anyone else. Otherwise, how can they do that?
