correct me if i am wrong, but didn;t they file a similar shelf filing inside of 2 years ago? and if i am recalling correctly, presumably the old one expired and they are simply reinstating a new shelf.  many companies do this.. the fact that management doesn't communicate is remarkable - they constantly act like they have somethig to hide and it's really starting to piss me off!!!

Shelf prospectus  filing / registration is a common practice to permit multiple offerings on the one registration and to get the paperwork out of the way.. Yes they did the same thing in Feb 2019. So what is the key difference between the new and the old filing? Back in 2019 the shelf prospectus was not registered with the SEC (under the United States Securities Act of 1933). In Canada, a shelf prospectus is generally good for 25 months. So the 2019 shelf is also due for a refile.
