im having a glass half full day, why wait until everything is stabilized. Take 5% back NOW with the 12 month target to get another 5%

Well, as negative as I am on this management team, I just dont see any forward looking model to justify this price. Just ridiculous.

In addition to their habit of “over-promising and under delivering” management has misled the public so many times. Broken promises and misinformation create uncertainty and investors don't like uncertainty. Stock prices tend to decrease when levels of uncertainty rise.
