In addition to their habit of “over-promising and under delivering” management has misled the public so many times. Broken promises and misinformation create uncertainty and investors don't like uncertainty. Stock prices tend to decrease when levels of uncertainty rise. It’s difficult to trust whatever this team has to say. Will they be able to deliver the long term estimates of the recent Technical Report when the CFO could not even provide a reasonable forecast of the year-end cash flows 1.5 months before the end of the year? We are in a transition period, a  time determinant of the future of Largo.  Imo the ridiculous bargain sp speaks volumes about the public lack of trust in the ability of management to walk the talk. As a long I'm so fustrated to say the least.
