Bushveld up 12%

Both Bushveld and Largo sp down approx. 50% since mid March.

I was planning on putting together the links and latest news in an orderly manner but unfortunately I have to go out.

Here are the links and possible reasons for todays increase in todays sp. (cut and pasted from Bushveld's bb.

I apologise for the messy post.

Fortune Mojapelo, CEO of Bushveld Minerals announces that funding has been secured for their mini-grid project at the Vametco Vanadium mine.

We have since had an excellent update on the Mini-Grid, funded mostly by third parties (not BMN)  (apparently without dilution)?

Surely apart from reducing energy costs at Vametco the main purpose of the mini grid is to showcase Solar / VRFB Battery Storage. I am just glad now that permissions are in place funding is in place without dilution.

These VRFB OEMs in turn will need a huge amount of vanadium and electrolyte which logically would come BMN and BMN's locally based Electrolyte Production Plant they're in the midst of constructing.

so that 580,000 litres is around 84 tonnes of V205 (which is 56% vanadium if memory serves)

The Electrolyte plant I think has a production of circa 13-14 million litres at full tilt I think ...

145g of V205 per litre

Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries
• In a vanadium redox flow battery
(VRFB) vanadium electrolyte is used.
• Vanadium electrolyte contains 145g of

ESKOM have announced they're using Hyosung and Pinggao to build this first bunch of Mega BESS systems.
They in turn will then be formalising contracts with VRFB OEMs like Invinity and Enerox (Hyosung already has a MOU with Invinity of course).
These VRFB OEMs in turn will need a huge amount of vanadium and electrolyte which logically would come BMN and BMN's locally based Electrolyte Production Plant they're in the midst of constructing.

1
So, for the Contracts between Hyosung / Pinggao and the VRFB OEM ontracts, keep an eye on Invinity (IES) and on BMN and MUST who own Enerox for these.

And then we can expect to see RNS(s) from BMN re the supply of vanadium and electrolyte for these massive BESS projects.

Then, once this happens, and a huge amount of vanadium goes into these huge vanadium BESS projects, there will be a worldwide vanadium supply deficit which will increase the value of vanadium very significantly.

BMN's profits should then increase from the higher vanadium prices. And, by selling locally, their cost of sales will decrease also, which will further heighten the profit margins and the overall profits.

'US Vanadium announced an expanded purchase agreement under which Austrian-based Enerox, which sells vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) systems under its brand name CellCube, can purchase up to 3 million additional liters/year of US Vanadium’s ultra-high-purity electrolyte with a price cap over the next five years. The agreement boosts the initial purchase agreement for 580,000 liters/year of US Vanadium electrolyte, announced in September 2021.'
