Spread

The arb spread is pretty high for a deal which seem well constructed to keep all parties on board. Is there a large regulatory risk here or something which is keeping the spread so high?

From the tone of the press release not much opening.  But the CDPQ is the second largest shareholder maybe they will put pressure but the verbage in the is design to please la caisse so my hopes ...more

Not happy with the price @ $67 thought it would be in the $75 - $80 range , will keep waiting for the info.  But it's a good premium vs the price back in may.
