Investor RelationsDuring the past month I have contacted Investor relations (David Gordi) twice. He said to me that Insiders were not buying at this time because of restrictions surrounding transactions in the pipeline. He said he could tell me this because it is not new news and the market has been messaged regarding potential transactions. He said that Insiders would like to be buying at these levels and that Insiders have been pressuring the business to be able to clear the way for purchases...at least this was my understanding of it. I have no way to prove if any of this is true or not but I will take him at his word. Meanwhile this does not alleviate my desire to barf as the share price continues its collapse.
IMO, do your own DD and all other caveats and etc's
