Upsized Financing Closes

Two issues that need attention for Adumbi.
Rejigging the shape of the Adumbi pit such that the walls intercept the deeper mineralization .
A steeper Slope will substantially reduce the initial strip ratio and improve grades.

Secondly, finalize JV arrangement for independent hydro power development with an offtake agreement with Loncor.

This will substantially reduce initial capex and improve economics .
Then , we should be ready for the dealing to finalize..
