Sale of Geary Ave store in Toronto

I learned from a store employee that The Brick's Geary Ave store has been sold to developers. I imagine that The Brick got a handsome price as it's a huge site at Dufferin and Dupont and new condos are sprouting all around this area. This will really help meet any bank covenants and provide cash for continued dividends.
