At the time of the takeover of WTM what was the 43-101 resreve, resource of thundercreek? I'm not sure what it was but seem to remember it was around 1Moz. WTM share of this was 40% thus 400koz and if we use your $424M the price per oz works out at $1055/oz. 

In the statement by LSG the cost at the time was $319M, this gives $800/oz.
