RE: RE: LSG undervalued but not for longProduction milestones bring speculation to a grinding halt and introduces tangible factors that the market can latch on to too more accurately correct the companies share price and capitalization figures.
Certain analysts have stated that LSG is correclty, and possibly over capitalized for its level of assets and the share price drops that occur with each production press release appears to have an adverse affect on the company.
The shorts of the company sure dont help either but as the exploration potential of this company is going to keep growing for the coming decade, it will be slow but inevitably positive climb to higher prices.
Lets be realistic for a moment and remember the LSG would not be anywhere close to where it is now if it were not for the infusion of capital that it took advantage of from Hochschild when still nowhere near the 3 million ounce sweetspot. LSG is now on its own and it looks like it will survive just fine
