RE: RE: RE: Kerry Smith and cash flow growthGeoffs,

The main contender for LSG's attention on a regional level this year would in all probability be MKR. Today's press release by MKR is a good indication that gold grades are improving as they further encroach upon the bounding LSG holdings to the south along hwy 101. LSG had earlier approached MKR late in 2009 for deal discussions and at that time it was declined but a resurrection of property acquistion initiatives is in the works for 2011. The proximity of MKR holdings in clsoe proximity to that of the expanding Golden River trend extensions both east and west, makes this a strong opportunity which will be revisited i am sure.

With LSG now holding a very commanding property portfolio base in west timmins that appears to be ideally tailored (based on a growing results orientation)  for further expansion, that junior suitors residing in the line of fire are in the crosshairs and MKR would be at the top of the list.
