RE: Wasted year

RE: Wasted yearDon't get to discouraged Gusto. I am not sure what gold was trading then but it was sure a lot lower than it is now. A year ago they were not in commercial production and were being valued partly on speculation of what might be in the ground. Although they are still drilling to try and prove more ounces (which they should add to their proven reserves in my opinion) they are also in commercial production and I feel are being valued mostly on cash flow. As production  and earnings pick up the share price will rise. I do agree with others that it is being manipulated at times, but Lakeshore is not alone in having it's share price manipulated. If you have a large number of shares and you have a profit, it may be wise to take some money off the table when there is strength and if there is a pull back you can buy back in at a lower price or look for other stocks to diversify if one has not already done that.

I know it is frustrating to see a company's shares that you own get jerked around. One would think that all stocks should trade on fundamentals and technical analysis should be a tool to help identify when fundamentals are changing but with todays technologies, fundamentals sometime take a back seat when the traders with the systems they have are able to work a stock to create a chart.

Fundamentals will eventually see LSG go higher.

Take Care
