Only Fools Panic

Only Fools Panic

We can all dump legal and financial blabber on this site and bring panic and mayhem to all. We are like a new building before the tenants pay rent making the owners an income. This mill has already been collecting income. Not much but building a head of steam. I am under the impression many financial folks do not really understand what is happening. Yes Tony missed on promises. Time was his biggest enemy. Time is money. Late to deliver strained the companies capital and between loans and stock dilution and other arrangements LSG looks rather complicated and in trouble. It is complicated but LSG is not in trouble. They have a very healthy supply of gold resource.

Gold is plentiful in the Timmins West Mine. Bell Creek is developing into a new mine. Fenn Gibb is waiting in the wings along with the Gold River Trend. The mill came into 2012 at 1500 tpd and now at 2500 tpd going to 3000 tpd in a few months. Ground work and equipment to expand the mill to 5500 tpd is in the waiting room. Tony indicated reserves of 7 million ozs and a great number of targets to explore and increase the resource.

Our grade was intentionally held low in 2012. Our SP took a great hit for that fact. Tony said we are now at 4.25 grams per ton and going upward. With increased grades and tonnage  2013 will be very healthy.

One good year of production ...likely 2014 can wipe out all the debt. The rest is for us share holders and capital expenditures.

Management and the corporate board are highly professional people. The have delivered to us share holders one of the finest, most modern mines and gold mill in the world. Give this very long expensive under taking time to play off. We have not even scratched the potential of what LSG will be producing. It will boggle your mind one day when you realise the great opportunity you had today to pick up shares at 69 cents. Have no doubt people this price is a great gift to all of us with patience.
