"To date, the property has not lived up to the pre purchase hype.'  combined with 

the overly optimistic unfullfilled promises and the desperate expensive financings have left a big cloud of doubt hanging over LSG.  There are many frustrated longtime shareholders who blame Tony for all of this and they would prefer that he be replaced. With time and with real progress the cloud will dissipate. There may be a lot of LSG shares out there waiting to be sold as the lsg share price recovers
