RE:News Release was supposedly good - Why downgrade from RBC?
While the drill results from Bell Creek were adequate and will serve to increase resource levels, they also validate the relatively small deposit model scale which is in place and thus the reason why the stock price regressed in response to the market reaction towards it all..........Bell Creek is a reasonable deposit which will be a steady player for a long while yet it appears but its footprint is a fraction of the size and scope of the big mines in Timmins and unless some really big drill holes come out of future drilling deployments, Lakeshore will be hard pressed to significantly increase reserves and share price levels for a long while yet........Production guidance drops as well do not help the scenario by any means.......
