imo. Poloz needs to give his head a shake. in yesterday's Globe he suggested young Canadians need to do volunteer work to improve their resumes. the problem is not that they do not have experience, the problem is that Canada's Foreign Worker program brings in foreign nationals at rock bbottom wages that have displaced all the young peoples jobs. it is a real charade IMO.
