RE:insider selling

While I understand insider selling doesn't automatically suggest we should all start selling, it does give 'outsiders' a number at which an informed person/people are valuing the company at - near term.   To contrast, if we were seeing insiders step in and buy at $1.30 as the price is climbing, it'd be pretty encouraging.  

Overall its its not the only thing that matters, but it's raising questions given the price movement this stock has had.
